Meet in Med - Annual membership fees € 3.800,00

 for Hotels, Conference Venues, DMC’s,  Convention Bureaus, Consortiums, Product Clubs, Mediterranean Treasures, Italian Treasures 

 

Meet in Med membership fees include:
  • Involvement in an established successful international brand

  • The ability to approach strategic markets, which destinations and location alone, can hardly reach

  • Be involved in all Meet in Med marketing collateral – brochures, promotional videos, e-shots that will be sent out to all markets, existing, emerging and niche.

    • Customized  page in the Promotional Catalogue.

  • Representation at Meet in Med stand at Imex and Ibtm  (2 trade shows per annual fee)   giving you discount prices in case you would like to attend. For each trade show you will benefit from:

    • Experienced professionals promoting your company to profiled Buyers

    • List of all contact interested in your kind of offer, duly profiled, in 3 working days from the end of the event

  • Attend Med Market  international workshop with the guarantee to meet, among the attending Buyers, at least 35 Buyers having a planned event targeted to your type of offer:

  • Attend Med Market  international workshop included 

    • The guarantee to meet, among the attending Buyers, at least 35 Buyers having a planned event targeted to the Supplier type of offer:

    • Tailored meetings with selected hosted Buyers  with pre-scheduled appointments of 15 minutes each  and, on the second half day, at the Buyers desks, opportunity to meet freely all Buyers of interest chosen independently by the Supplier on the basis of the information given

    • 1 nominative Pass for Workshop

    • Customized desk: rectangular 1,50x80 cm table and 4 chairs

    • Attending Buyers’ profiles

    • n. 1 Working lunch for one person

    • n. 2 Networking Parties for one person

    • No stop coffee station during the Workshop

    • Assistance of EMI team

  • Become part of an international network of suppliers, using the online and face to face  networks to exchange views and knowledge share to enhance interactions, partnerships and synergies to get new business

Meet in Med Boutique Annual member fees package € 1.900,00

Package reserved to Small Type Boutique Hotels, Castles, Villas, Historical locations of particular charm and appeal with less  then 40 rooms:  

 

Fees include:

  • Involvement in Meet in Med as Mediterranean Treasures an established successful international brand

  • Registration on the Meet in Med Buyers Portal 

  • Representation at Meet in Med stand at Imex and Ibtm  (2 trade shows per annual fee)  with the list of all contact interested in your kind of offer, duly profiled, in 3 working days from the end of the event

  • Participation in Med Market international workshops in the Mediterranean Treasure area (co-sharing formula- see below) with the guarantee to meet, among the attending Buyers, at least 30 Buyers having a planned event targeted to the Supplier type of offer: 

  • Be involved in all Meet in Med marketing collateral – brochures, promotional videos, e-shots that will be sent out to all markets, existing, emerging and niche

  • Use of members logo on your website or any other company collateral

Partecipation in the next Med Market workshop in the Mediterranean Treasure area included 

  • The guarantee to meet, among the attending Buyers, at least 30 Buyers having a planned event targeted to the Supplier type of offer:

  • Shared meetings with selected hosted Buyers  at the coshared suppliers desks with pre-scheduled appointments of 15 minutes each  and on Friday, at the Buyers desks, opportunity to meet freely all Buyers of interest chosen independently by the Supplier on the basis of the information given

    • 1 nominative Pass for Workshop

    • Customized shared desk: rectangular 1,50x80 cm table and 4 chairs

    • Attending Buyers’ profiles

    • Profile data on the event’s portal with all relevant data and link to the Supplier's website
